SHIPPING / INSURANCE:

Estimates / quotes for all shipping can be ascertained prior to purchases. We offer the lowest commercial price available among commonly used shipping companies for your equipment purchase(s) Nationally or Internationally.

All merchandise / packaging need be inspected before deliverer releases goods. Providing recipient notices ANY damage, impact, or suspicious handling of goods / package, recipient MUST hand write upon deliverers shipping documents, damage noted. Be certain deliverer initials your comments and you each have copy of the same. In order to preserve insurance coverage, you must perform above inspection process.

RETURN POLICY:

All equipment shipped is certified to proper operating and cosmetic specifications. All equipment shipped is protected by paid for carrier insurance. Providing equipment shipped was nonconforming to invoice, equipment can be returned for refund.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WARRANTY:

After expiration of warranty, MFI shall continue a limited warranty protection plan whereby, if MFI performs the repair, such repair shall be charged at the same cost as MFI cost with no profit markup.
